C:\WINDOWS\Fonts
Click on the following link and save to disk.Double click on the file and run in terminal after giving execute permission (right click-properties-permissions)to install the required Malayalam Fonts in Gnu/Linux.You should give the user password...

Type it in root Terminal
chmod 777 -R /usr/share/fonts
